We actually use 30 * 30mm square pipe as the support frame, which is better than peers, so that the vehicle is more stable, the surface spray plastic more texture. The ceiling frame adopts the reinforced design, the inclined pull plate is strengthened, can meet the large turbulence of the vehicle.
We used the thickened cushion skin to prevent the outside, can not aging the skin for a long time, waterproof design of the leather surface has no needle hole, integrated molding, will not make the cushion water damage. The cushion sponge adopts the foam forming process, which is ergonomically designed to make it more comfortable when sitting.
Our golf cart chassis uses 40 * 60 square tube as the main beam, pickling electrophoresis spray plastic process, will not rust. In addition to the design of assembling plastic reinforced bottom plate, battery box, fender and other forming parts, the front and rear support frames are fixed on the bottom plate, and the vehicle becomes one.
